Refund Policy - Baby Mart
At Baby Mart, we value our customers and strive to provide the best products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- 1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are only applicable if you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, size issues, or non-exchangeable items (cosmetics, feeding products, undergarments, diapers, etc.).
- 2. Refund Process
- Contact our customer support team at support@babymart.com.bd or call our hotline to request a refund.
- You must provide your order number, product details, and a clear reason for requesting a refund (with photos if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and confirm approval after product inspection (if a return is required).
- 3. Mode of Refund
- If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bKash or bank transfer as agreed with the customer.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account depending on the payment provider.
- 4. Shipping Costs
- Refunds for shipping fees will only be applicable if the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered by Baby Mart.
- Customers are responsible for return courier charges unless the mistake is on our end.
- 5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or after use will not be refunded.
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or in a non-resalable condition will not qualify.
