At Baby Mart, we care about your satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Return Period: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, certain products such as cosmetics, undergarments, feeding items, and diapers are not eligible for return.
• Damaged or Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with pictures as proof.
• Exchange Option: We allow product exchanges for size or color (based on availability).
• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method or store credit.
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or wrong.
