Exchange Policy - Baby Mart
At Baby Mart, we understand that sometimes the size, color, or style may not be the right fit for your little one. That’s why we offer an easy exchange policy:
- Exchange Period: Products are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligible Items: Clothes, shoes, toys, and accessories can be exchanged if they are unused and in original packaging.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products like cosmetics, feeding bottles, pacifiers, diapers, and undergarments cannot be exchanged.
- Condition of Products: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags/labels intact.
- Reason for Exchange: Exchange is allowed for size, color, or different product of equal value (subject to stock availability).
- Process: Contact our customer care team via support@babymart.com.bd or call our hotline with your order details to request an exchange.
- Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for exchange delivery charges, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items sent by Baby Mart.
- Approval: All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
