• 3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
  • COD orders can be canceled before shipment without penalty.
  • If the delivery is attempted and refused, the order will be marked as canceled, but return shipping charges may apply if applicable.
• 4. Refund Process:
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
