- Once confirmed, the amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, or COD adjustments).
- 2. Cancellation After Shipping:
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- You can initiate a return or exchange as per our Return Policy or Exchange Policy.
- 3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- COD orders can be canceled before shipment without penalty.
- If the delivery is attempted and refused, the order will be marked as canceled, but return shipping charges may apply if applicable.
- 4. Refund Process:
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
