• Delivery Areas: We deliver to all major cities and districts across Bangladesh.
• Delivery Time:
  • Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days
• Shipping Charges:
  • Inside Dhaka: Flat 60৳
  • Outside Dhaka: Flat 120৳
• Free Delivery: Orders above 2000৳ are eligible for free shipping (inside Dhaka only).
• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with tracking details.
• Delivery Partner: We work with trusted courier services to ensure your package arrives safely.
• Delays: While we aim to deliver on time, unexpected delays (strikes, natural calamities, or courier issues) may occur. We will notify you in such cases.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready for smooth handover.
