3. Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes, we deliver across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
4. How long does delivery take?
Orders inside Dhaka are usually delivered within 2–3 working days. Outside Dhaka, delivery may take 3–5 working days.
5. What are the delivery charges?
Inside Dhaka: ৳60 | Outside Dhaka: ৳120 (courier charges may apply based on weight and location).
6. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, returns and exchanges are possible within 7 days if the product is unused, in original condition, and not in the non-returnable category (like diapers, cosmetics, or feeding items). Please see our Return Policy and Exchange Policy.
7. How do I apply a coupon code?
At checkout, enter your coupon code in the "Apply Coupon" box. The discount will be automatically applied if the coupon is valid.
8. What payment methods are available?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and Bank Transfers. For prepaid orders, we will share the payment confirmation once received.
